At SEIWA, we want every order to arrive complete, undamaged, and in proper working condition. This policy explains when a product may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

Eligibility for a Return, Replacement, or Refund

You may request assistance if:

• You received an incorrect product.

• Your order arrived damaged or defective.

• Your order is missing an item or component.

• The product does not reasonably match its description on our website.

• The product is otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Reporting the issue within this period helps us investigate the shipment and process your request promptly. This reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not normally accept returns or issue refunds solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchase.

To protect product quality and customer safety, opened, installed, used, or damaged products generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not apply when the product was delivered defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or is otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return, Replacement, or Refund

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The product concerned

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and issue

• A photo of the shipping label or waybill

Please keep the product, its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components while your request is being reviewed.

Our customer support team may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify the issue. Instructions for returning the product will be provided after the request has been reviewed.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us.

Available Remedies

After reviewing the request, SEIWA may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• Replacement of the defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing product

• Repair, when applicable and reasonable

• Full or partial refund

• Another remedy agreed upon with the customer

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable Philippine consumer laws.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by a defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or misrepresented product, SEIWA will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or arrange the return shipment.

If a discretionary change-of-mind return is approved, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product or submitted evidence has been inspected and the refund is approved, we will notify you through email or your original communication channel.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow approximately five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed.

The actual posting time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or platform used.

Shipping fees may also be refunded when the return resulted from an error by SEIWA or when required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or handed over to the courier. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, but the customer may still request an applicable return, replacement, or refund under this policy.
